Herb Chicken Stir Fry Recipe
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 2 tbsp. veg. oil
- 3 med. zucchini, thinly sliced
- 3 tomatoes, cut into eighths
- 2 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules
- 1/2 teaspoon dry basil
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 whole boneless chicken breasts, cubed
- In small bowl combine flour, bouillon granules, seasoned salt, basil and oregano.
- Stir in cool water till combined.
- Set aside.
- In large skillet or possibly wok stir fry the onion and garlic in the warm oil till tender.
- Remove onion and garlic.
- Set aside.
- Stir fry the chicken in skillet or possibly wok 5 min.
- You may need to add in more oil.
- Remove chicken.
- Set aside.
- Add in zucchini.
- Stir fry 5 min.
- Add in bouillon mix and tomatoes.
- Cook and stir till mix is bubbly.
- Add in the chicken and onion-garlic to wok.
- Cover and cook 1 minute more.
- Serve over pasta or possibly rice.
- Garnish with chow mein noodles if you like.
