Best Burritos Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onion in Crisco; add in grnd chuck and fry till done.
  2. Drain and add in seasoning, 1 c. water and refried beans (optional).
  3. Simmer for 15 min.
  4. Mix together gravy, enchilada sauce and tomato sauce, plus 1/2 c. water till warm.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Heat flour shells; lay flat and add in meat mix, lettuce and tomatoes.
  7. Fold shell and flip folded side down.
  8. Cover with sauce and shredded cheese.
  9. Microwave till cheese is melted.
