Washington Red Caviar in Cream

• 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
• 3 oz. cream cheese
• 2 slices onion, chopped
• Salt, to taste
• Pepper, to taste
• 6 oz. red salmon caviar

1. Put all ingredients except caviar in blender.
2. Whirl for a few seconds.
3. Remove from blender; add caviar, mixing lightly.
4. Chill.
