Washington Red Caviar in Cream
- 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 2 slices onion, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 6 oz. red salmon caviar
- Put all ingredients except caviar in blender.
- Whirl for a few seconds.
- Remove from blender; add caviar, mixing lightly.
- Chill.
