Pattis Easy Chicken
- 6 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 cans Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1 envelope Onion Soup Mix
- 1 cup Or 1/2 Cup Of Dry White Wine
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper (to Your Taste)
- 1 container Sliced White Mushrooms (optional)
- Clean and prep chicken breasts.
- In an oven safe dish, mix the soups, wine, pepper and mushrooms .
- Place chicken in the dish (I like to cut the chicken into smaller pieces) and mix with the soup.
- Put into preheated 350F oven for 60 minutes.
- Goes great with buttered noodles and a green veggie.
- I have done this in the crock pot too.
- I cooked it on low for 4-6 hours.
