Savory Bake Stew

  1. Preheat oven 250-300.
  2. Put meat in heavy casserole.
  3. Sprinkle salt, pepper and onion soup over the meat.
  4. Add potatoes, carrots and onions.
  5. Combine celery soup, water and sherry.
  6. Pour over meat, cover and bake for 5 hours.
