Barbecued Rum Ribs Recipe
- 4 lb spareribs
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 c. dark rum
- 2 x cloves garlic crushed
- 1 c. brown sugar packed
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 1/4 c. worcestershire sauce dash pepper
- Wrap ribs in double thickness of foil and bak for 1 1/2 hrs at 350x.
- Unwrap and drain drippings.
- Combine all ingredients and pour over ribs.
- Marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Bake at 350x for 30 minutes., basting with sauce, or possibly grill 30 minutes., turning and basting.
