Artichokes with Lemon-Garlic Butter

  1. Heat oil in heavy medium saucepan over medium heat, saute artichokes until browned; add garlic, cook 1 minute.
  2. Add lemon juice and butter; whisk until butter melts.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve artichokes warm with seasoned butter.
