Chick Pea Hummus
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) Primo Chick Peas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup Primo 100% Pure Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. tahini
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- pita bread

- Just follow our 2 simple steps
- Drain and rinse 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) Primo Chick Peas.
- Puree with 1/2 cup Primo 100% Pure Olive Oil, 3 Tbsp.
- lemon juice, 2 minced garlic cloves and 2 Tbsp.
- tahini in food processor.
- Spoon into serving dish and top with a little fresh chopped parsley.
- Serve with crispy pita or bagel chips.
