Bacon Quiche Tart
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 eggs
- 5 tablespoons bacon bits
- 5 ounces swiss cheese
- 10 ounces biscuits
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Spray muffin cups with Pam.
- Place cream cheese milk and eggs in medium bowl and mix with mixer until smooth.
- Place one biscuit in each prepared muffin tn and press down form a small rim.
- Sprinkle 1-1/2 tsp of bacon bits on top.
- Sprinkle 1/2 oz of swiss cheese on top of bacon bits.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture over top.
- Bake 20-25 minutes, until filling is set and rims of tarts are golden rbown.
- Remove from pan and serve warm.
