Chicken Cordon Blue Recipe

  1. Mix last 4 ingredients together for basting.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Flatten chicken between wax paper.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
  5. Layer one slice of ham and cheese on each breast.
  6. Roll up, tuck ends securely and tie with string or possibly use skewers.
  7. Grill and baste frequently till done, about 20 min.
  8. Serves 4.
