Chicken Cordon Blue Recipe
- 2 chicken breasts, split and boned
- 4 slices boiled ham
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- Salt, pepper, garlic salt
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. white wine or possibly wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- Mix last 4 ingredients together for basting.
- Set aside.
- Flatten chicken between wax paper.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
- Layer one slice of ham and cheese on each breast.
- Roll up, tuck ends securely and tie with string or possibly use skewers.
- Grill and baste frequently till done, about 20 min.
- Serves 4.
