Yummy chicken casserole
- 3 chicken breasts bone in or 6 chicken thighs
- 2 can Cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Medium diced onion
- 2 clove fine cut garlic
- 1 bunch broccoli chopped
- 2 chicken broth cubs
- 1 tube biscuits
- Put chicken in a pot on the stove add enough water to cover the chicken and add chicken broth cubes boil for 20 min
- While chicken is boiling add onions and a little oil to a frying pan and cook until clear then add garlic and cook for another few minutes set aside
- Remove cooked chicken from liquid and let cool but don't not throw away liquid
- Add broccoli to the pot from the chicken and let partially cook
- In a casserole dish add the two cans of soup
- Shred the cooled chicken and add to casserole dish
- Add onions and garlic to casserole dish
- Add one can (soup can) of liquid from the water used for the chicken and broccoli
- Strain broccoli and add to casserole dish
- Mix all ingredients in casserole dish together and cover
- Put in oven at 375F and cook for about 30min
- Remove dish from oven and layer the biscuits over the top and return to oven uncovered
- Cook another 10 min or until biscuits are golden on top
- Remove from oven and let stand for 20-30 min
