Scalloped Ham, Potatoes, And Carrots Recipe

  1. Start heating oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In skillet, brown ham lightly on both sides; remove from skillet and cut into serving size pcs.
  3. Stir flour into fat left in skillet; add in soup.
  4. Then slowly stir in lowfat milk.
  5. Heat, stirring till boiling.
  6. In 2 qt casserole, arrange layers of ham, potatoes, carrots, onions till all are used, sprinkling vegetables lightly with salt and pepper.
  7. Pour on soup mix.
  8. Bake covered, 1 hour.
  9. Uncover; bake 15 min longer or possibly till potatoes are fork-tender.
  10. Makes 3 or possibly 4 servings.
