Lemon-Tahini Dressing Copycat Recipe
- 1/2 cup unsalted tahini
- 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium tamari
- 1 teaspoon reduced-sodium tamari
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar
- 3 tablespoons chopped curly leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Hungarian sweet paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Combine tahini, olive oil, and lemon juice in a jar; stir to combine. Add water gradually to thin the mixture. Add 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon tamari, sesame oil, 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon agave nectar, parsley, cilantro, salt, paprika, and garlic powder. Stir until everything is well combined.
