Izakaya-style Famous dish in Nagoya Fried Chicken Wings
- 6 Chicken wings
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 Katakuriko
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 generous amount Coarsely ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
- Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper.
- Mix the in a bowl.
- Put the chicken and katakuriko in a plastic bag and shake to coat the chicken evenly.
- Deep-fry the chicken in 160-170C oil slowly until crisp for about 10 minutes.
- Coat the chicken with the mixed seasonings once fried and serve on a plate.
- It tastes good even when cold, so it's ideal to pack in your bento.
