Garlic and Rose Shrimp

  2. Peel and chop garlic.
  3. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

  6. Pour the wine in the pan and bring to a boil.
  7. Lower heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes.

  9. Add the shrimp and pepper and cook for 8-10 minutes, until almost all the wine has evaporated.
  10. Drain the shrimp, sprinkle with the herbs, serve immediately.
