Garlic and Rose Shrimp
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cups Rose Wine
- 1/2 pounds Shrimp
- Black Pepper To Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley And/or Cilantro

- Peel and chop garlic.
- In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

- Pour the wine in the pan and bring to a boil.
- Lower heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
- 3.
- Add the shrimp and pepper and cook for 8-10 minutes, until almost all the wine has evaporated.
- Drain the shrimp, sprinkle with the herbs, serve immediately.
