Spinach Casserole - Creamed Spinach Casserole

  1. Mix cream cheese, milk and lemon pepper until well blended.
  2. Stir in spinach.
  3. Spoon mixture into a 1 quart (950 ml) casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle with crushed crackers or croutons.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 25 to 30 minutes.
