Kastengel (Christmas Cheese-Cookies)

  1. Whisk butter, margarine, egg yolks, and salt
  2. Add flour and cheese
  3. Form the dough into a rectangle.
  4. (Measure: 2 cm x 4 cm , thick: 1cm)
  5. Spread egg yolk on top rectangels and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Bake at 190 Celcius for 15 more minutes
  7. Kastengels is ready to serve
