Savory Barbecued Salmon
- 32 ounces salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 14 cup dry white wine
- Place salmon fillets in shallow baking dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish.
- Cover and chill overnight.
- Remove fillets from marinade and place on hot greased barbecue grill, flesh side down; turn once and cook until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork: 10 - 14 minutes.
- Note: Fish may also be baked in 450 oven for about 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
