Blackened Ribeye Recipe
- 4 x Ribeye Steaks - each cut 3/4 inch thick
- 2 stk butter
- 8 Tbsp. Blackened Seasoning mix Caution - Smoke Hazard!
- 2 prt garlic pwdr
- 2 prt black pepper
- 2 prt dry basil
- 2 prt cayenne pepper
- 1 prt salt
- 1 prt white pepper
- 1 prt dry oregano
- 1 prt onion pwdr
- Heat iron skillet on flame till skillet is very warm.
- Coat both sides of steaks with Blackened Seasoning.
- Drop butter on skillet and quickly stir it around till melted (be careful of flames).
- Place steaks on skillet and cook under high heat for three min on each side, ONLY flip once.
- Immediately remove and serve.
- Serve with a baked potato and steamed asparagus.
- Serves: 4
