Easy Slow Cooker Tomatillo Pork

  1. Place pork in slow cooker.
  2. Cover the pork with all the ingredients except the lime and optional serving accompaniments.
  3. Place lid on top of slow cooker and cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours.
  4. Remove pork from slow cooker and shred into pieces with two forks.
  5. Place shredded pork back in the slow cooker in the sauce or on a platter and squeeze lime juice over the pork.
  6. Serve with optional accompaniments, if desired.
  7. Enjoy!

  9. Optional for serving: pico de gallo, shredded cheese, chopped cilantro, chopped jalapenos, chopped tomatoes, chopped green onions, sliced avocados, sour cream, soft flour or corn tortillas.
