Easy Slow Cooker Tomatillo Pork
- 4 pounds Boneless Pork Butt, Trimmed Of Excess Fat
- 1 can (26 Oz. Size) Whole Tomatillos, Drained And Pureed (or 2 Cups Pureed Fresh Tomatillos)
- 3 whole Green Onions Or 1 Small Yellow Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Cilantro, Chopped
- 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, Minced
- 2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 whole Large Lime
- Place pork in slow cooker.
- Cover the pork with all the ingredients except the lime and optional serving accompaniments.
- Place lid on top of slow cooker and cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours.
- Remove pork from slow cooker and shred into pieces with two forks.
- Place shredded pork back in the slow cooker in the sauce or on a platter and squeeze lime juice over the pork.
- Serve with optional accompaniments, if desired.
