Chinese Beef/Vegetable Casserole

  1. Brown beef and remove.
  2. Brown onion and celery.
  3. Add frozen vegetables, noodles and flavor packet.
  4. Cover; simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Add beef and soy sauce, if desired.
  6. Serve.
