Roasted Garlicky Lemony Broccoli
- 2 bunches of broccoli cut into smaller floret size
- 3 tsp chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted(you could use olive or canola)
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1 the juice of one lemon
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Arrange the broccoli in a large bowl.
- Mix coconut oil with garlic and pour over broccoli.
- Liberally add salt and pepper and mix well.
- Add to a 9 x13 pan and roast for 20-25 minutes.
- I prefer 25 minutes so they're more golden and crispier.
- Remove from the oven and pour lemon juice over all.
