Easy Chinese Cabbage Salad

  1. Julienne the cabbage, including the core part.
  2. Put the shredded cabbage in a bowl, add the sesame oil and mix.
  3. Be sure to mix very well.
  4. This prevents the salad from getting watery.
  5. This is the key step.
  6. Add the soy sauce and mix again.
  7. Add plenty of ground sesame seeds and bonito flakes, and mix in.
  8. Transfer to serving plates and top with a generous amount of bonito flakes and whole sesame seeds.
