Easy Chinese Cabbage Salad
- 4 leaves Chinese cabbage
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Sesame seeds
- 1 Bonito flakes
- Julienne the cabbage, including the core part.
- Put the shredded cabbage in a bowl, add the sesame oil and mix.
- Be sure to mix very well.
- This prevents the salad from getting watery.
- This is the key step.
- Add the soy sauce and mix again.
- Add plenty of ground sesame seeds and bonito flakes, and mix in.
- Transfer to serving plates and top with a generous amount of bonito flakes and whole sesame seeds.
