Baked Salmon With Garlic And Herb Crust Recipe
- 1 x Clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. Dry Marjoram
- 4 Tbsp. Flat leaf parsley, minced
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh bread crumbs
- 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt Grnd pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 lb Salmon fillets, skinned

- Heat the oven to 400 degrees.

- With a mortar and pestle crush the garlic to a paste.
- In a small mixing bowl combine the garlic, marjoram, parsley, breadcrumbs, extra virgin olive oil, and salt.

- Grind in a little black pepper and stir till you have a paste.

- Cut the fillet crosswise into four pcs, lightly grease a baking dish with about 2 Tsp.

- Bake the salmon for about 5 min, remove from the oven, spread the paste mix over the fillets and bake the salmon for another 5-10 min.
