  1. Mix cheese, olives, steak sauce and mayonnaise until well blended; cover.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. For each serving: Spoon 3 Tbsp.
  4. of the sauce over sandwiches, such as filled pita pockets, gyros or grilled burgers.
