Pork-Wrapped Daikon Radish with Yakiniku Sauce

  1. Cut the daikon radish into 5 mm thick slices.
  2. Cut the slices into sticks.
  3. Microwave the daikon radish for 2 minutes.
  4. Wrap several sticks in a slice of pork.
  5. and coat lightly with katakuriko.
  6. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
  7. Put the pork and daikon radish rolls in seam side down.
  8. Brown on all sides over medium heat, 3 to 4 minutes.
  9. When the rolls are cooked through add the yakiniku sauce, and continue cooking while coating the rolls in the sauce.
