Unbeatable Bonito and Soy Sauce Seasoning! Easy Japanese Leek Rice Cakes
- 1 Japanese leek
- 3 Cut rice cakes
- 1 packet Bonito flakes
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Olive oil (or any vegetable oil of your choice)
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add diagonally sliced leek and rice cakes cut into eighths, cover with a lid, then cook for 5 minutes on medium-low heat.
- The rice cakes should become soft and the leeks should brown a little.
- Add bonito flakes and soy sauce, then it's ready to serve!
- Don't forget to turn off the heat!
