Scrambled Egg Croissants

  1. Beat eggs and milk together, add chives.
  2. Melt a little butter in a pan, pour in egg mixture and cook over low heat, stirring gently until creamy and soft.
  3. Split croissants in half and spread with Vegemite*.
  4. Top with ham and cooked eggs.
  5. Season to taste.
  6. Serve immediately.
