Honey Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

• 1 1/2 c. honey
• 1 egg, beaten
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 3/4 c. raisins
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3/4 c. shortening
• 2 1/2 c. flour
• 2 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1 1/4 c. oatmeal
• 2 tbsp. warm water

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet.
3. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
4. Cookies are done in 10 min or possibly less.
