Hazlenut-Amaretto Loaf
- 2 cups bread flour
- 23 cup milk
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts (filberts) chopped, toasted
- 1 each eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 4 teaspoons amaretto liqueur
- 3/4 teaspoon yeast, active dry
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Put ingredients into bread machine and press "Start".
- When finished, glaze bread with topping.
