Strawberry Cream Cheese Tart

• 9 RhodesTM Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
• 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 2 cups chopped fresh strawberries
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries

1. Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Combine rolls together and roll into an 11x16 inch rectangle.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest 10-15 minutes.
4. Remove wrap and place dough on a sprayed 10x15 inch baking sheet.
5. Poke with a fork several times to prevent bubbles from forming.
6. Bake at 350F10-15 minutes.
7. Remove from oven to cool.
8. Combine cream cheese, chopped strawberries, sugar and vanilla until creamy.
9. Spread over cooled crust.
10. Top with sliced strawberries.
