Sesame Dressing Recipe
- 1 c. peanut oil
- 1 c. rice vinegar
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 3 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoon peanut butter
- 2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 large scallion, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons plus 2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- healthy pinch freshly grnd pepper
- Whisk together all ingredients or possibly pulse in a blender.
- If using a blender, there is no need to grate the ginger or possibly mince the scallion (green onion) in advance; just peel the ginger and remove the roots of the scallion.
- Use this dressing with chicken or possibly serve over Oriental vegetables.
