Steak & Spinach Salad

  1. Pour vinegar into cruet or medium bowl.
  2. Add salad dressing mix, oil and garlic.
  3. Shake vigorously or mix until well blended.
  4. Reserve 1/3 cup dressing; refrigerate.
  5. Pour remaining dressing over steak; cover.
  6. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  7. Drain; discard dressing.
  8. Grill or broil as desired.
  9. Cut into slices.
  10. Toss spinach, mushrooms, tomato and onions with reserved 1/3 cup dressing.
  11. Arrange steak slices over salad.
  12. Makes 4 servings.
