Berry Smootie
- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Frozen mixed berries
- 1/4 cup Chia seeds
- 1 cup Milk
- 3 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 cup Ice
- Combine berries, sugar, chia seeds and milk in blender till smooth
- Add ice till smooth, for thinner smoothie add a little more milk.
- Thicker smoothie add plain yogurt.
- Enjoy
