Skillet Pizza
- 1 can (391 g) refrigerated pizza crust
- 1/2 cup tightly packed torn fresh spinach
- 85 g sliced deli reduced-sodium turkey breast, chopped
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing, divided
- 3/4 cup Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mozza Cheese
- Spray large skillet with cooking spray.
- Unroll pizza dough; fold in half.
- Press onto bottom of prepared skillet.
- Cook on low heat 10 min.
- or until bottom of crust is golden brown.
- Meanwhile, toss spinach with turkey and 2 Tbsp.
- dressing in medium bowl.
- Turn crust over; brush with remaining dressing.
- Top with half the cheese, spinach mixture and remaining cheese; cover.
- Cook 2 to 4 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
