Vickys Autumn Spiced Apple Punch, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free

  1. Put the apple juice in a pan with the cinnamon sticks (broken in half), ginger, sliced orange & lemon and heat gently for around 10 minutes
  2. Remove the ginger and cinnamon.
  3. Sweeten to taste and serve with a slice of the orange & lemon in each mug
