Vickys Autumn Spiced Apple Punch, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free
- 2000 ml pure apple juice
- 2 stick cinnamon
- 4 slice fresh ginger, 2cm pieces
- 2 whole orange, sliced
- 1 slice whole lemon
- 1 sugar/honey/agave to taste
- Put the apple juice in a pan with the cinnamon sticks (broken in half), ginger, sliced orange & lemon and heat gently for around 10 minutes
- Remove the ginger and cinnamon.
- Sweeten to taste and serve with a slice of the orange & lemon in each mug
