Sweet Potatoe Soup

  1. Preheat oven at 400.
  2. Place the vegetables in a cooking sheet and drizzle oil
  3. Roast the veggues in the oven at 400' until they are soft.
  4. Place half of the veggies in a blender with 2 cups of water and a pinch of salt.
  5. Repeat until all veggies are blend.
  6. Garnish with green onions and cherry tomatoes, or cilantro, etc.
