Golden Turkey Breast Parmigiana Recipe
- 2 pound turkey breast, boned and cut into slices 1/2 inch thick
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil or possibly salad oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- Lb.
- slices of turkey to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Combine lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper and marinate turkey in mix 1 hour in refrigerator.
- Drain turkey.
- Combine flour, cheese, and spices and coat turkey generously.
- Heat some butter in skillet and brown the turkey slices 3-5 min each side.
- 6-8 servings.
