Golden Turkey Breast Parmigiana Recipe

  1. Lb.
  2. slices of turkey to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  3. Combine lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper and marinate turkey in mix 1 hour in refrigerator.
  4. Drain turkey.
  5. Combine flour, cheese, and spices and coat turkey generously.
  6. Heat some butter in skillet and brown the turkey slices 3-5 min each side.
  7. 6-8 servings.
