Tortillas Wrap Anything You Like

  1. Combine bread flour, vegetable oil, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Carefully add the hot water a little bit at a time and knead with your hands until the dough has a soft texture (about the texture of your earlobe).
  3. When the dough is elastic and comes together, wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Roll the dough into 4 balls.
  5. On a surface dusted with bread flour (not listed), use a rolling pin to roll out each portion to about 15 cm.
  6. Heat a frying pan to medium.
  7. Without putting oil in the pan, cook the tortillas one at a time.
  8. When the tortilla is lightly browned and starts to puff up a little, flip and cook the other side the same way.
  9. Wrap your favorite meat and vegetables in the tortillas and take a huge bite.
  10. The tortilla in the photo is filled with Cheese Yakiniku.
  11. It's really delicious!
  12. Try other combinations too, like chicken karaage with lettuce and mayonnaise.
