- 1 around 70 ml Hot water (50 - 60C)

- Carefully add the hot water a little bit at a time and knead with your hands until the dough has a soft texture (about the texture of your earlobe).

- Roll the dough into 4 balls.
- On a surface dusted with bread flour (not listed), use a rolling pin to roll out each portion to about 15 cm.
- Heat a frying pan to medium.
- Without putting oil in the pan, cook the tortillas one at a time.
- When the tortilla is lightly browned and starts to puff up a little, flip and cook the other side the same way.
- Wrap your favorite meat and vegetables in the tortillas and take a huge bite.
- The tortilla in the photo is filled with Cheese Yakiniku.
- It's really delicious!
- Try other combinations too, like chicken karaage with lettuce and mayonnaise.
