Cream of Ham Soup
- 14 cup butter
- 14 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon instant minced onion
- 5 cups milk
- 2 cups diced cooked ham
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
- toasted oat cereal
- In saucepan melt butter.
- Blend in flour, onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper.
- Add milk all at once.
- Cook and stir till thick and bubbly.
- Add ham and eggs; heat.
- Garnish with cereal.
