Beef Burritos Recipe

  1. Cook stew meat very slowly in as little water as possible till tender, about 2 hrs.
  2. Saute/fry grnd meat and onion in small amount of oil (about 1 Tbsp.)
  3. till glazed.
  4. Add in green chilies and tomato sauce, bring to a boil.
  5. Lower heat; add in stew meat and simmer for 1 hour.
  6. Stir till stew meat is shredded.
  7. Stir in grated cheese.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Thicken mix with browned flour.
