Yummy Mushroom Macaroni and Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Cook the macaroni according to the directions on the box.
  3. When the macaroni is cooked to your taste drain and return to the warm pot.
  4. DO NOT RINSE THE PASTA!
  5. Add the cream of mushroom soup, drained mushroom pieces and 2 cups of the cheddar cheese.
  6. Mix together well.
  7. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes until cheese is all brown and bubbly.
  9. Serve with a salad for a comfort food meal.
