Hunan Beef and Noodles

  1. Bring pot of water to rolling boil.
  2. Add noodles, let cook for 10-12 minutes until soft.
  3. Bring wok to high heat.
  4. Add beef tips and sear outside.
  5. Combine 2 tbsp soy sauce, sweet chili, mustard, honey, cayenne pepper, salt, and garlic powder.
  6. Stir together, cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Cut broccoli into small sections.
  8. Slice celery into 1/2" chunks.
  9. Add to wok, cook for 4-5 minutes.
  10. When noodles finish, drain water, and rinse.
  11. Stir 1 tbsp soy sauce in with noodles.
  12. When beef has internal temperature of 155F, remove from heat.
  13. Plate beef and veggies on top of noodles.
