Frozen Banana Pops

  1. In a small heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips and honey, stirring constantly.
  2. Add peanut butter stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in milk.
  4. Peel bananas and insert wooden sticks into one end.
  5. Spoon chocolate mixture over bananas to coat.
  6. (I rolled the banana in the mixture for the best coating results.

  8. Sprinkle with nuts and place on a wax paper lined cookie sheet.
  9. Freeze for no less than 30 minutes and serve frozen.
