Turkey Apple Melt
- 1/2 cups Cranberry Sauce
- 4 slices Whole Wheat Raisin Bread
- 4 slices Swiss Cheese (or Provolone)
- 2 slices Honeycrisp Apple
- 1 cup Shredded Turkey
- 1/2 cups Red Onion, Sliced
- 1/2 cups Sprouts
- Spread cranberry sauce on each slice of raisin bread.
- Top 2 slices of bread with cheese, apple, turkey, onion, and sprouts.
- Add another slice of cheese to the whole shebang and finish with the remaining slices of bread.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat.
- Spray with cooking spray and place sandwiches on skillet.
- Let cook about 3 minutes per side, until crispy and browning with cheese melting.
- Flip over and cook for 3 minutes on other side.
- Slice in half and enjoy with crunchy potato chips!
