Garlic Sauteed Rapini

  1. Heat garlic in oil over medium heat in a large skillet until garlic sizzles in oil.
  2. Stir in the broccoli rabe, as much as you can fit in pan at a time.
  3. Stir and coat with oil as you wilt the greens.
  4. Add broth.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Cover and reduce heat to low.
  7. Simmer about 10 minutes to soften the bitterness of the greens.
  8. Serve warm.
