Tomato Relish Recipe

  1. Peel tomatoes.
  2. Chop onions and peppers.
  3. Combine with rest of ingredients and cook on medium to low heat for several hrs, till relish turns a deep red color and is very thick.
  4. Spoon into sterile jars and seal.
  5. Yield: 6 to 8 half pints.
