Colorful Tuna Casserole

  1. Cook and stir onion and green pepper in 1 tablespoon of the butter in large saucepan on medium heat until tender; remove from saucepan.
  2. Stir soup and milk in same saucepan on low heat.
  3. Add VELVEETA; stir until melted.
  4. Stir in onion mixture, tuna, noodles and pimiento.
  5. Spoon into greased 1-1/2-quart casserole.
  6. Top with bread cubes tossed with remaining 3 tablespoons butter, melted.
  7. Cover with foil.
  8. Freeze.
  9. When ready to serve, bake, covered, at 375 F for 50 minutes.
  10. Uncover; continue baking 20 minutes.
