Beef Twists Recipe
- 3 1/2 c. All purpose flour
- 1 c. Corn meal
- 1 pkt Unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 x Egg
- 1/4 c. Corn oil
- 1 jar strained beef baby food, 3 1/2 ounce
- 1 x Beef boullion cube
- 3/4 c. Boiling water
- Dissolve boullion cube in water.
- Sift dry ingredients in large bowl.
- Add in lowfat milk, egg, oil, beef and beef boullion.
- Stir till well mixed.
- Roll out on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness.
- Cut in 1/4 inch by 3 inch strips, twisting each stick 3 turns before placing on cookie sheet.
- Bake 35-40 min at 400 degrees.
- Store in refrigerator.
