Creamy Poblano Smashed Potatoes

  1. Cook potatoes and onions in boiling water in large saucepan 15 to 20 min.
  2. or until potatoes are tender; drain.
  3. Return potatoes and onions to pan; mash lightly with cream cheese and milk.
  4. Add chiles; mash just until blended.
  5. Spoon into serving bowl.
  6. Top with cheese.
